Although accurate Land Surveys are important they often negate the under story of the larger tree canopy and important measurements. Protected and Significant trees are not often declared at the detriment (and costs) to the client. Each surveyed tree consists of four measurements (canopy size, height, stem diameter and its position on the erf). Tree identification, its status and the development intention (to remove; retain or transplant) is also included.  

Boarding and Protection measurements are often needed to ensure that the construction team knows the appropriate measures to take when building- a Tree Protection Plan becomes a necessity.
